Trekkers can bring one 23 kg / 50 lbs duffel plus their trekking backpack for a total of two bags.

Costs incurred as a result of events or delays beyond the control of CTSS, above and beyond normal expedition costs
Early departure costs (evacuation fees, transport, extra hotel nights, flight changes, etc.)
Required travel insurance policy (for trip cancellation, interruption, rescue and evacuation, medical treatment, repatriation, etc.)
Unused contingency days at the end of your program (CTSS covers one night in a hotel in Kathmandu upon your return; if you choose to stay longer, additional costs are your responsibility. We recommend booking flexible return airfare in case contingency days are unused or extended.)
